*modification of small matrices.

*Small matrix and vector classes were added. They are so far from completion.

*classes for 3D vectors and matrices, dcovector3, drovector3, dgematrix3x3, dsymatrix3x3, were added.

diet function was added for dssmatrix.

operator* for _dssmatrix-dcovector were modified.

*add #ifdef _OPENMP before #pragma

*Enable OpenMP for dssmatrix*dcovector operations.

*implicit cast constructors (constructor from dgbmatrix to dgematrix, from zhematrix to zgematrix, and so on) were deleted.
*to_dgematrix and to_zgematrix member functions were added.

declarations of double** in swap functions were corrupted to support VC++

*zgsmatrix and zhsmatrix were added.
