*bug fix at i functions

modification to get rid of forbidden codes
*added nullify function for all smart-temporary classes
*put nullify() at the end of shallow_copy functions and shallow copy constructors
*modified destroy function to assign NULL to all pointers

derived_smart_temporaryは、やはり良さそう。という補足。
演算子調査.xlsのsheet2において、関数を３通りに分類してみました。
それによれば、２と３の場合について、当初の改良案で関数の個数を１／４に
削減できます。つまり三分の二以上の関数については削減が可能。残りの１の場合は、別の方法で関数を減らすことになりそうです（減らすなら）。１／４でなく、１／２の削減にとどめるなど。
dgematrixのみのクラスを作ろうとしたら、derived_smart_temporaryの方法がうまくいかないということでしたが、それは、dgematrixのみの演算が最も特殊なものだったためです。
例をderived_smart_temporary.txtに追加しました。

added dssmatrix::stretch function

猛烈に中途半端ですがコミットします．
dge+dgeの場合など，結局ほぼ全場合に対してコードを書くことになり，ほとんどbasicの効果が無いように思われます．
