*bug fix of zhematrix::zero()

*bug fix for write functions.
*remove CPPL::min and CPPL::max functions, and replace them to std::min or std::max.

small modification for "_" functions

*row and col functions were added for z* classes.

*implicit cast constructors (constructor from dgbmatrix to dgematrix, from zhematrix to zgematrix, and so on) were deleted.
*to_dgematrix and to_zgematrix member functions were added.

declarations of double** in swap functions were corrupted to support VC++

*CPPL_DEBUG became more quiet and CPPL_VERBOSE became more verbose.

modification to get rid of forbidden codes
*added nullify function for all smart-temporary classes
*put nullify() at the end of shallow_copy functions and shallow copy constructors
*modified destroy function to assign NULL to all pointers

The trunk cpplapack source code was added.
