Bug fix for dgematrix::dgeev functions

dssmatrix::reorder was added

The data storage for dgsmatrix and dssmatrix was modified.

2D vector and matrix classes were added.

*add a few missing functions.
*update contribution functions for subspace iteration.

Files for small classes were organized.

quaternion class named dquater was added.
dquater is just a typedef of dcovector_small<4>.

typedef(s) for dcovec3, drovec3, dgemat3, and dsymat3 were added.

dcovector_small-drovector_small.hpp was added.
