What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a diff window
2. Move window, close it
3. Open diff window again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- The diff window does not seem to remember its position, nor if it was
maximized. The diff window also have a tendency to have parts of it off
screen when opened.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- 1.1.1.238 on XP
