Message Box when network connection was broken

Hello,

when the network connection was broken and the commit monitor was not able
to check the repositories you get a message box for every monitored
repository if you click on the repository in the left tree view. This is
very annoying.

On a laptop with wlan this is just a problem, because when the screen is
locked (for example by the screensaver) or by the user (Windows Key + L)
then windows disconnects the wlan connection. The commit monitor still
tries to connect to the repositories.

I would like if the information that the commit monitor couldn`t reach the
repository would be displayed in the status bar or by a status icon.
Perhaps this could be configurable in the Options dialogue.
