"Ignore users" isn't considered when executing "Script/Command". Also,
variable for mapping "commiter's name" to conditionally executes according
to user which commit change set isn't present.
I.e. It isn't user friendly to execute automatic update on new change set
when you are the last one who committed.

I suggest to make this optional.
Imagine following situation: a user is working on two different machines under the
same svn account. Having setup CM to automatically update working copy on commit.
While working on one machine it's not necessary to execute this action however to
sync copy on another machine ignore feature should not omit command execution.
