Show the authors of the commits in the notification window text.

Remove debugging code.

* change the tray icon to 'modified' when a notification is shown.
* Only update the 'last checked time' when the item *really* was checked.

* use the correct icon for "show diff"
* Only change the tray icon if really something has changed, not every time the data needs to be saved.

Use different regex to also parse modified SVNParentPathList pages (modified by using the xsl file).

Fix compiler warnings.

Use predefined messages instead of using RegisterWindowMessage()

Show notifications on the tray when new projects (for SVNParentPathList based urls) and/or new commits for existing projects are detected.

Save the data even if no new entries are found but only the last-checked data was changed.

* use a better, reentrant reader/write section class
* refresh the UI in a timer interval
