Restore the selection mark after refreshing the list view by revision, not the list view index: the index might have changed due to new log messages getting fetched.
(Fixes issue #412) : Revision is marked as read automatically during update.

Remove the TSVN version check.

(Closes issue #424) : Fetch next log messages action

Fix slightly off control positioning at the bottom of the main dlg.
Already rebuilt and uploaded the new version (still at 1.8.7 - no need for a new third digit just for that).

Make CM fully DPI-Aware.

Assume a valid TSVN version if the version string can not be fetched from the resources.

(Fixes issue #420) : Same object of 'basic_string' type was created but was not utilized.

Remove unnecessary wstring creations.

Enable the "open webviewer" item correctly if TSVN is not installed.

Patch from tret2003, modified and extended by me:
* add a new text box to the url dialog to enter a regex to match log messages to ignore
* ignore all log messages that match the regex
