serf returns SVN_ERR_RA_DAV_MALFORMED_DATA when asked to fetch info from an SVNParentPath url.

Find all popup windows and destroy them before showing the context menu on the sys tray icon.

Update issue #362
if the dialog is minimized, restore it first when clicking on the tray icon.

A click on the tray icon now first brings the window to the front if it's covered. The dialog is only closed if it's in the front.
