Fix a few /analyze and cppcheck warnings.
(Fixes issue #398) : Cppcheck and /analyze results

* add an empty line after the license header
* remove unneeded empty lines at the end of files
* use the right case for the includes
* always use <> for system headers
* update ext/Versions.txt

convert tabs to spaces.

(Closes issue #220) : improve dialog-UI on Vista+

Use updated base classes from TortoiseSVN.

(Closes issue #166)
handle pseudo-modal dialogs correctly.

Add a virtual PreTranslateMessage() method.

Indicate the GPL license.

Update the base dialog with the recent changes (made in other project):
* add a pseudo-modal dialog function to get the accelerator table working
* add tooltips

Add a 'find bar' to the diff viewer which does searching FF style.
Not yet completely working and it looks ugly right now...
