Fix a few /analyze and cppcheck warnings.
(Fixes issue #398) : Cppcheck and /analyze results

Remove the "using namespace std" statements and explicitly refer to the std namespace where needed.

use consistently an empty line between functions

Use smart pointers for allocating memory and fix a few memory leaks while doing so.
Also replace our custom auto_buffer with std::unique_ptr<>.

use <> for system headers

* add an empty line after the license header
* remove unneeded empty lines at the end of files
* use the right case for the includes
* always use <> for system headers
* update ext/Versions.txt

Find all popup windows and destroy them before showing the context menu on the sys tray icon.

Update issue #362
if the dialog is minimized, restore it first when clicking on the tray icon.

A click on the tray icon now first brings the window to the front if it's covered. The dialog is only closed if it's in the front.
