Save the data even if no new entries are found but only the last-checked data was changed.

Only update the view if the data *really* has changed.

* use a better, reentrant reader/write section class
* refresh the UI in a timer interval

Handle the WM_TASKBARCREATED message.

Simply allow all ssl certificates without validating them.

After deleting items, automatically select the previous item.

Never store the authentication data.

* Use a separate window for the diff viewer. That window has the scintilla edit control as a child window.
* Remember the size of the diff viewer between sessions.

Block the custom draw handler of the list control while the control data is updated/changed.

Check if the diff file can be shown as UTF8.
