If modifying the sys tray icon fails, remove it and add it again just to be on the safe side.

Use _countof() instead of sizeof()/sizeof(TCHAR).

Since we don't save the urls file every time something changes anymore, save it on exit.

* only save the urls file if something important changed during an update check
* do not read the urls file for every update check but create an in-memory copy instead
