* only save the urls file if something important changed during an update check
* do not read the urls file for every update check but create an in-memory copy instead

Rename a lot of classes and methods.

Merge the MultiSCCS branch to trunk and fix some minor merge conflicts.

Don't open the main dialog on a right-click on the tray icon.

When opening/closing the main dialog with a single click, ignore double clicks.

A click on the tray icon closes the main window if it's visible.

Update issue #281

Hold off showing the notifications until there is now fullscreen app active. Meaning while there's a fullscreen application running, the notifications are not shown.
As soon as the fullscreen app is closed or not in fullscreen anymore, all gathered notifications are shown.

Only use the include list if it is not empty.
