(Closes issue #186) : Doubleclick clears filter text
* subclass the edit control to handle the doubleclicks.

(Fixes issue #188) : Filtered results is infinitely updating

When adding log entries to the list control, only add entries that match the filter string.
This fixes issue #75.

Use the correct struct for the tree view.

Implemented issue #117: (Enhancement) Allow to reload revision details
* add context menu to the tree control to 'mark' the repo for a complete refresh on the next check
* when refreshing a repository, keep the 'read' state of the refreshed entries

Implemented issue #110: Displaying connection error notification in systray

* show notification if an error occurs while checking a repository for changes
* show repositories with errors in gray text in the tree control

Add an update notification if a newer version of the CommitMonitor is available.

Add keyboard shortcuts:
N : go to the next unread item. If there are no more unread items in the currently selected project, move to the next project which has unread items.
B : goes back one message

Implements part of issue #73: Keyboard shortcuts

Use a fixed-width font to show the log messages.
This implements issue #60.

Add new context menu entry for the tree view to mark *all* entries as read, even the entries of all child nodes.
The existing entry is changed to behave that way, the new entry called "Mark node as read" now does what the original entry did before: mark only the selected node as read.

This implements issue #52.
