(Fixes issue #200) : CommitMonitor fails to store repository information when a large amount of log information is retrieved
* drop the limit of 100kB for strings when serializing
* use a wchar_t static buffer for smaller wide char strings

Replace Tabulators (\t) with spaces, because the listview cannot display them correctly

Fix tooltip example.

Since r443 was reverted in r456, fix it again.

- Corrected the height of the treeview.

- Reverted revision 443: With this fix no new repositories will be found by CommitMonitor in a directory structured svn repository (multiple repos).

Fix tab order, so that the focus starts in the input fields

(Fixes issue #188) : Filtered results is infinitely updating

Update version info for update-checker.

Tag the 1.6.4 release.
