Update Wix to version 3.
Fixes issue #155 Create the msi version info from the version.in file instead of relying on the developer to manually edit the wxs file for every release.
Sign all binaries from the build script.
Make the installer look a little bit nicer.
Include the version string in the msi file name.
Add setup scripts for WiX.
