Adjust the bugtraq:logregex to help with the new format:

Update UPX to version 3.03.

Set properties bugtraq:provideruuid and bugtraq:providerparams.

Update upx to the latest release.

Use UPX to compress the final executable.

Remove some remainders indicating from where I copied and modified the WiX script from :)
