Add function which returns the installation path of TortoiseSVN.
The 32-bit version is preferred, but if it is not installed, the x64 version of TSVN is used instead if that one is installed.

This is the first step to resolve issue #80.

Before using the project name in a path, convert all special chars.

* move the resource.h file into the resources folder
* Implement the diffing of revisions

* convert the log message to have \r\n lineendings for the edit control
* add the changed paths at the bottom of the log message

Fill the log list control with the log entries when an item in the tree is selected.

Add class which holds the info about monitored urls.
Also implement loading/saving the data of the class by using the serialization of the boost library.
