Use the new utility function to find out the installation path of TortoiseSVN.
This solves issue #80.

Add function which returns the installation path of TortoiseSVN.
The 32-bit version is preferred, but if it is not installed, the x64 version of TSVN is used instead if that one is installed.

This is the first step to resolve issue #80.

Fix bug: when the limit of 1000 log entries saved is reached, loading the file again didn't work properly and subsequent projects were not loaded anymore. This lead to 'lost projects' as reported in issue #62 and issue #70.

Add keyboard shortcuts:
N : go to the next unread item. If there are no more unread items in the currently selected project, move to the next project which has unread items.
B : goes back one message

Check whether the focus in on the OK/Hide button when ENTER is pressed; only close the dialog if the focus is there.
If the focus is on the list control, execute the diff (default action of the context menu).

This fixes issue #77: Pressing "enter" unexpectedly closes "Commit Monitor" application window
