Fetch the log message from top to bottom.

When editing an URL, remove the old one before adding the edited one to avoid duplicates.

Fill in the url member of the CUrlInfo object when loading it from disk.

Delete the font object when the dialog goes out of scope.

Show unread items in the list control with a bold font.

* convert the log message to have \r\n lineendings for the edit control
* add the changed paths at the bottom of the log message

Fill the log list control with the log entries when an item in the tree is selected.

Add missing files.

* get rid of the boost serialization (that one crashed and I couldn't figure out why), implement our own serialization instead.
* Implement timers and threads to fetch the log data and check for updates according to the settings.
* Implement username/password to pass to the repository if necessary.

Add a hidden 'main' window which handles the window messages and the icon in the tray area.
