Add the contents of the tree view *after* sizing the control when initializing the main dialog.

Add new context menu entry for the tree view to mark *all* entries as read, even the entries of all child nodes.
The existing entry is changed to behave that way, the new entry called "Mark node as read" now does what the original entry did before: mark only the selected node as read.

This implements issue #52.

* Handle both notifications for the list control (select and deselect)
