Bump the version number to 1.2.1.

Block the list control from updating while removing selected items.
This fixes issue #58.

Tag the 1.2.0 release.

Bump the version number to 1.2.0

adjust the slider position infos after restoring the dialog size.

switch to the Subversion 1.5.0 tag and the 0.2.0 tag of serf.

* Stop the thread before destroying the window
* Use the save() method instead of save(filename)

First save the info to a temp file. Only if saving succeeds, move the temp file to the real file.

Check correctly for an error when calling CreateFileMapping.

Patch neon to enable TCP_NODELAY.
