Add new context menu entry for the tree view to mark *all* entries as read, even the entries of all child nodes.
The existing entry is changed to behave that way, the new entry called "Mark node as read" now does what the original entry did before: mark only the selected node as read.

This implements issue #52.

Make using TortoiseSVN for showing the diffs optional.

Improve the diff function if TortoiseSVN is installed:
* if TSVN is installed, add a second entry to the log list control context menu for diffing with TSVN.
* if TSVN is installed, the default diff uses TSVN.
* to get the unified diff again (if TSVN is installed), the log list control context menu entry "show unified diff" has to be used.

This implements issue #13 (kind of).

Ignore own commits. This implements issue #4.
* add checkbox to the url dialog to enable the ignore-own-commits feature.
* add boolean param to the CUrlInfo class and serialize it properly.
* in the updating thread, check the log messages if they match the own author and ignore those if requested.

Add more tooltips.

Add about dialog.

* Add Exit button to quit the application
* Closing the main dialog with the red X doesn't quit but hides the main dialog
* Pressing ESC also hides the dialog
* Change the OK button to "Hide"

Allow disabling the notification sound completely.

Use custom icons for the tree view, not the ones from the system image list.

Add option to animate the tray icon for new commits.
