Use UPX to compress the final executable.

Update to the Subversion trunk and adjust everything that is needed because of that update.
* add cyrus sasl library
* add serf library
* link everything together

* enable all controls in the url dialog
* don't check the url in the url dialog but do that later (not implemented yet) in the main dialog or even the check thread
* add load/save methods for our persistent data

* fix build system
* implement main dialog

* fix the build process
* compile apr and apr-util as static libraries
* ignore some unversioned files
