Save the client width and height, not the window width and height.
This was broken when fixing issue #8.

Make the dialog snap to the monitor borders when moving.

Remember the dialog window position during sessions.

Apparently, "remove" is still too scary. So ask the user whether he wants to "stop monitoring".

Use "remove" instead of "delete" when removing projects from the CommitMonitor. Apparently, that's less scary than "delete".

Remove the pre-build event:
* it doesn't work if the working copy is on a path with spaces in it
* it forces a rebuild every time even if nothing has changes

en/decrypt the passwords when serializing them to disk.
This fixes issue #5.

Add methods to serialize a byte buffer.
This is required to solve issue #5.

Fetch the SVNParentPath url with a trailing slash first, only fetch without the trailing slash if the first try fails.
This fixes issue #6.

Added pre-build command to generate version information.
