Remember the dialog window position during sessions.
This implements issue #8.

Apparently, "remove" is still too scary. So ask the user whether he wants to "stop monitoring".

Use "remove" instead of "delete" when removing projects from the CommitMonitor. Apparently, that's less scary than "delete".

Fixed scrollbar position.

Indicate the GPL license.

Leave a small area between the right of the list control and the dialog border.

Don't clear the infotext with a timer but let it clear by the thread itself.

Fix positioning of the info label.

Add about dialog.

Remember and restore the main dialog size.
