Use a memory mapped file for loading the url infos.

Reduce memory consumption:
* don't link with all default libs but only the ones we really need
* reduce the process working set after every thread run

Update to the Subversion trunk and adjust everything that is needed because of that update.
* add cyrus sasl library
* add serf library
* link everything together

Add about dialog.

Make sure that temporary files are removed after using them.
(I had over 13'000 temp files from the CommitMonitor in my temp folder before I noticed this. Yikes!)

Remove the wrapper class for the system image list: we have our own icons now for the tree view.

Use custom icons for the tree view, not the ones from the system image list.

Add option to animate the tray icon for new commits.

Add a button to fetch the latest commits on request.

Fetch the diff from the repository if it isn't already cached on disk.
