Improve the LoadString() function: reduce the amount of memory allocations.

Use a memory mapped file for loading the url infos.

Add time measuring code. First step in optimizing the load/save of the url infos.

Limit the entries to 1000 (for now).

Initialize the pointer to the progress dialog.

Don't use a static buffer, it's not thread safe.
