Add small doc about the svnrobots.txt file.

Implement using an svnrobots.txt file which can set certain rules to reduce 'hammering' a server:
* disallowautodiff : if set, then automatic diffs are not allowed
* checkinterval = XX : minimum interval in minutes between checks

Add static method to get a path string to a temporary file.

Set the monitor timer to 60 seconds as planned, since we now can trigger a refresh with the toolbar button for faster testing.
Also make the animation timer slower to 0.4 seconds.

Don't activate the 'new commits' tray icon twice.

Revert the patched Subversion after building it.

Remove the wrapper class for the system image list: we have our own icons now for the tree view.

Use custom icons for the tree view, not the ones from the system image list.

Don't set the timer if the icon isn't shown.

Add option to animate the tray icon for new commits.
