ESC closes the diff viewer if the find bar is already gone, otherwise the findbar is closed first.

Save the url info immediately after editing/adding an url.

Also set the parentpath flag for SVNParentPathList urls where the pages have been modified with the XSL stylesheets.

Bring the dialog to the top on a doubleclick on the tray-icon.

Update to Subversion r24942.

Fetch the diff from the repository if it isn't already cached on disk.

Use OleInitialize/OleUninitialize instead of CoInitialize/CoUninitialize

* Add wrapper class for IProgressDialog
* Add callback for the progress dialog.

Make sure the diff viewer can't be made smaller than useful.

Add minimize/maximize buttons to the main dialog.
A minimize will result in closing the dialog, the same as clicking on the OK button.
