Fetch the diff from the repository if it isn't already cached on disk.

Add minimize/maximize buttons to the main dialog.
A minimize will result in closing the dialog, the same as clicking on the OK button.

Clear the error after showing it.

Show an error message box when selecting a tree item, if there was an error the last time that url was accessed.

Pass the owner window when showing the options dialog.

Add "mark as read" entry to the tree control context menu.

Add option to specify the diff tool.
Still missing: handling the browse button.

Fix position of the context menu for the tree control.

Set the "Show Diff" entry as the default in the listview context menu.
