Fix compiler warnings.

Send the specified message back to the parent window if the user clicks on the popup window.

center the icon in the popup window vertically.

* Use a vector to store the popup window slots. This avoids showing a popup in a position where a previous one is still showing.
* First draft of drawing the popup window.

Add parameter to configure the time the window will stay put.

Don't use ShowWindow(), use SWP_SHOWWINDOW instead in SetWindowPos() to prevent the window from stealing the focus.

Add class to show notification windows from the taskbar.
