Update issue #462: add support for default credentials (username+password in Options dialog, checkbox in Project/Url dialog)

When asking for delete confirmation, make the "no" button the default.

convert the alias name to lowercase first before trying the filter.

When filtering, also include aliases.

Use the trim function from the string utils.

Load the who-is-who.txt file from the app data dir: that's the directory where the exe is for portable version, and %appdata%\CommitMonitor for installed version.

Don't set the column to size zero if it's not needed but don't add it at all.
