Add icon for the main application and the 'new commits' taskbar.

Add an options dialog.

Only change the tray icon back to normal when showing unread messages.

Only fetch the log messages of new commits, not the new commits including the last already fetched one.

Refactor the COMMITMONITOR_CHANGEDINFO message into two separate messages, one to save the changes and one to change the tray icon.

Tweak comments.

Reset the variable containing information about the main dialog having removed an URL before showing the dialog again.

Don't add new URLs in the thread if in the main dialog an URL was removed.
Without this, there's a race condition if the main dialog removed the URL while the thread is still running, then the thread could re-add the same URL again and 'overwrite' the users choice to remove the URL.

Give the thread more time to quit before killing it.

* Delete the temp file before writing to it to make sure that when we read it later it doesn't contain old or illegal data.
* Save the name of the SVNParentPathList 'project' into a variable since we can't use the data from the iterator: the iterator is invalid when we need the project name.
