Initialize all class members in the constructor.

Initialize variables and fix a resource leak.

Fix a few /analyze and cppcheck warnings.

Remove the "using namespace std" statements and explicitly refer to the std namespace where needed.

* remove unneeded empty lines at the end of files
* use the right case for the includes
* always use <> for system headers
* update ext/Versions.txt

patch from XhmikosR:
bump the copyright year, remove unwanted spaces and convert some tabs to spaces.

Replace the deprecated svn API calls with the non-deprecated functions.

Rename a lot of classes and methods.

Fix copyright year: these are new files and therefore only must mention this year.

Merge the MultiSCCS branch to trunk and fix some minor merge conflicts.
