Encrypt the default username/password before storing it in the registry, and decrypt it when needed.

Update issue #462: add support for default credentials (username+password in Options dialog, checkbox in Project/Url dialog)

Don't use Aero for the options dialog.

Add a button to the options dialog which opens the example who-is-who.txt file for editing.
If the file does not yet exist, it is extracted from the resources and saved to the correct location.
