Add a button to the options dialog which opens the example who-is-who.txt file for editing.
If the file does not yet exist, it is extracted from the resources and saved to the correct location.

convert the alias name to lowercase first before trying the filter.

When filtering, also include aliases.

use a case-insensitive map for the aliases.

Use the trim function from the string utils.

Load the who-is-who.txt file from the app data dir: that's the directory where the exe is for portable version, and %appdata%\CommitMonitor for installed version.

Don't set the column to size zero if it's not needed but don't add it at all.

Rename the who-is-who.txt file to an example: we don't want to use this for real.
