After removing an item from the monitored list, force saving the changes.

Store the last-checked revision in a separate variable when fetching the next few log messages so it can be used as the start revision. Also set the last-checked revision to zero so the 'limit' is used.

* add a new text box to the url dialog to enter a regex to match log messages to ignore
* ignore all log messages that match the regex

Use CTraceToOutputDebugString() instead of the custom TRACE.
