Updated copyright date where required on some files modified in 2010.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

Modified units to work with new garbage collector, TGC from new UGC unit, instead of TAutoObjFree object from removed UAutoFree unit.

Removed change logs.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.

Removed unnecessary code that duplicated construction of protocol registrar.

Modified TProtocol class heirachy, registrar and factory classes.
* TProtocol sub classes now determine if they support a protocol (factory class previously did this).
* New TBrowseProtocol abstract base class added for classes that execute their protocol using a TBrowseURL action.
