* Revised TDropDownButtons and TTVCheckBoxes to descend from common base class, TUIWidgetImages and moved common code into base class.
* Added new UUIWidgetImages unit containing TUIWidgetImages.

* Removed news pane from "Update from Web" dialog box.
* Removed code that supported processing of news downloaded at update log-on.
* Removed redundant frames and units from project.

New dialog box that displays news from the CodeSnip RSS feed. Uses a custom HTML frame and HTML resource.

Added new URSS20.pas unit that encapsulates an RSS 2.0 news feed.

Added new Web.UXMLRequestor.pas unit for downloading and parsing XML documents.

Added new URFC2822Date.pas unit for working with the RFC2822 date format.

Renamed NsWebServices.URegistrar.pas unit as Web.URegistrar.pas and modified using unit accordingly.

Renamed NsWebServices.UDBDownloadMgr.pas unit as Web.UDBDownloadMgr.pas, TDownloadMgr class as TDBDownloadMgr and EDownloadMgr exception as EDBDownloadMgr. Modified using unit accordingly.

Renamed NsWebServices.UCodeSubmitter.pas unit as Web.UCodeSubmitter.pas and modified using unit accordingly.

Renamed NsWebServices.UDDabStandard.pas unit as Web.UStdWebService.pas and renamed class TDDabStdWebService as TStdWebService. Modified using units accordingly.
