Merged revised-webservices branch back into trunk.

Merged in changes from branches/new-backend/Build.html r672.

* Changed Build.html to note that the project is now targeted only at Delphi 2010.
* Made some other minor changes.

* Changed to indicate Delphi 2010 is now the preferred compiler.
* Expanded section on how to get source code.
* Added link to Indy components.
* Noted use of SpecialBuild version info string in Setup file name.
* Expanded copyright note to discuss tri-license.
* Various tweaks and minor text edits.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

* Removed references to DelphiDabbler library code needing to be downloaded since now included in repo.
* Removed references to DELPHIDABLIB and DELPHIDABLIB2006 environment variables.
* Revised notes on compatible compilers.

Updated concerning changes in early and later releases of Indy 10 that affect building the CodeSnip source code. Noted use of INDY_WORKEVENT_INT64 and INDY_WORKEVENT_INT32 defined symbols or environment variables.

* Corrected some errors in the diagram of the source tree in the "Configure the Source Tree" sections.
* Clarified some other text.

* Changed to note that the Indy 10 internet components are now required instead of Indy 9.
* Corrected some erroneous HTML code.
* Removed notes about applicability of this file.
* Some other minor tweaks.

Noted that CodeSnip does not compile on Delphi 2010.
