Removed reference to Delphi compilers earlier than 2010.

Changed to support DELPHI2010 environment instead of DELPHI2006.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

Removed references to redundant DELPHIDABLIB and DELPHIDABLIB2006 environment variables.

* Updated per merge from /branches/delphi2010-port:501-502,505.
* Fixes bug in Common.mak that manifested itself when DELPHIDABLIBD2006 macro not defined.

Changed to build CodeSnip against Indy 10 instead of Indy 9.
* Now requires and uses INDY10 environment variable or external macro that specifies path to Indy 10 components.
* Removed requirement for INDY9 environment variable or macro.

* Added checks for required macros, stopping with error if not present.
* Removed code that took alternative action if one of required macros was not defined.
* Added support for DELPHIDABLIB macro as alternative to DELPHIDAB2006LIB macro.

Deleted build batch files in Src and Src\Install directories and replaced with new make files.
