Added new UHexUtils unit that provides routines that support conversion of hexadecimal strings to and from the corresponding binary data.

Alphabetically re-ordered unit list.

Added new FrCodeGenPrefs frame unit that provides a tab in preferences dialog box where code generation options can be set.

Added new UWarnings unit that encapsulate Delphi $WARN directives used to switch off unwanted compiler warnings.

* Removed all code that is excluded from Delphi 2009 / 2010 by conditionally defined symbols.
* Removed related $IFDEFs. Unused symbols removed from CompilerDefines.inc.
* Removed UAltBugFix.pas unit from project and removed all references to it since its functional code was excluded by conditional symbols on Delphi 2009 and later.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.
