Corrected PayPal text on welcome page.

Removed reference to donation by credit cards: now mentions just PayPal.

Removed redundant vEditSnippet hint text.

Changed onmouseover events of edit snippet links to call showEditSnippetHint() function to get hint text that includes snippet name instead of showHint().

* Fixed bug that was including space after snippet name in test compile hint by trimming name extracted from HTML.
* New trim() function added to enable above trimming.
* Extracted code that gets snippet name from HTML into new getSnippetName() function.
* Added new showEditSnippetHint() function that builds hint text for edit snippet links that includes current snippet name.

Changed credit for Indy internet components to note we now use v10 rather than v9. Appears in about box.

* About Dialog box widened.
* Scroll boxes made taller.
* Added credits for encryption code.

New HTML template document for display in View Snippet Extra Information dialog box. Provides main content and placeholder for actual extra text.

* Removed update histories from header comment block and replaced with Rev and Date SVN keywords.
* Corrected any errors in comment block and made minor changes where necessary.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.
