CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Added support for new Prefs:CodeGen preferences. Persists information about any warnings to be suppressed by code generator.

Added new FrCodeGenPrefs frame unit that provides a tab in preferences dialog box where code generation options can be set.

Added new UWarnings unit that encapsulate Delphi $WARN directives used to switch off unwanted compiler warnings.

Removed {%ToDo 'CodeSnip.todo'} comment not required by Delphi 2010.
