CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

New 3rd party MD5 unit required by new TBaseWebService class. This is from the DelphiDabbler code library. This code will eventually replace the third party MD5.pas.

New web services base class in NsWebServices.UBase along with other new units required to support this class: exceptions, character encoding, URI encoding and URI query string parameters. Modified project files accordingly.

Development branch to overhaul web services code.

Merged trunk changes r712-714 into the new-backend branch.

Updated version number to 3.5.5.173

Fixed bug #2976048 where database download was causing stream read error. Code was failing to read MD5 checksum correctly.

* Changed compiler error dialog to be passed a snippet id rather than complete snippet reference to get details of snippet for which compile error being reported.
* Renamed several names containing "routine" to names containing "snippet".
* Modified calling code in UCompileMgr unit as a consequence.

Changed visibility of TCompileMgr.LastCompiledRoutine from public to strict protected.
