Merged trunk changes r654-660 into the new-backend branch.

Removed all conditional compilation re Unicode support. All code that supports non-Unicode compilers removed.

Changed visibility of TMainForm.InitForm method from strict private to strict protected: had hint that was lower visibility than ancestor class.

* Corrected error message to note that Delphi 2009 or later is required, not Delphi 2006.
* Added a further fatal error message in case Unicode support not enabled.

* Removed all code that is excluded from Delphi 2009 / 2010 by conditionally defined symbols.
* Removed related $IFDEFs. Unused symbols removed from CompilerDefines.inc.
* Removed UAltBugFix.pas unit from project and removed all references to it since its functional code was excluded by conditional symbols on Delphi 2009 and later.

* Changed project and project group files from Delphi 2006 standard to Delphi 2010.
* Removed references to .bdsproj.tplt files from makefiles.

Updated svn:ingore property on Src directory: removed *.groupproj and added *.bdsgroup.

* Changed Build.html to note that the project is now targeted only at Delphi 2010.
* Made some other minor changes.

Merged trunk changes r645-652 into the new-backend branch.

Belatedly updated change log with details of release 3.5.4. This update is missing from the actual release.
