Brought up to date with missing entries.

Removed redundant delphi2010-port branch. Branch was re-integrated into trunk at r614.

Experimental development branch for complete rewrite of back-end code relating to database and snippets editing engines.

Moved code that handles application level exceptions from UExceptions into FmMain since the code is mainly concerned with UI matters.

Changed note about compiler and IE compatibility.

Corrected error.
